Selichot is the time when our High Holiday preparation becomes more intensified. Our focus onTeshuvah, or Repentance, is heightened as the Shabbat before Rosh Hashanah comes to a close. We begin with study, by short service. The beautiful traditional prayers associated with this service incorporate many of the familiar High Holiday prayer melodies. As a community we will change the Torah covers from their colorful covers to white covers. Everyone is invited.
