Craig is known for his collaborative projects across Jewish Los Angeles and beyond, including the acclaimed Friday Night Live worship service.

In 2013, Craig and his wife Louise purchased the original home and historic building of Sinai Temple, creating the Pico Union Project, a vibrant cultural center fostering community health and neighborhood revitalization in downtown Los Angeles. In addition to his musical endeavors, Craig serves as a County Commissioner, advocating successfully for marginalized communities and neighborhoods.
