Wednesday, February 12, 2025 14 Shevat 5785

5:30 PM - 7:00 PMCongregation Beth Jaocb (Beit Aseifa)

Nothing nurtures our soul more than nature. Tu B’Shvat – the holiday of the trees allows us to feel and celebrate nature’s bounty. We will begin with a brief Tu B’Shvat Seder. If you have not experienced this before – it is a beautiful ritual lifting up blessing. Then we will learn with Rabbi Shelly Lewis, Rabbi Emeritus from Kol Emeth. Rabbi Lewis is a wonderful teacher. He just published a book How Precious the Ground on Which We Stand – Jewish Values that Could Save the Earth. Come and learn about how Jewish values inform how we connect to our sacred earth.
