Shabbat Dinner Sign-Up
You may sign up online for either Rockin' Shabbat (1st Friday of the month) or Young Family Shabbat (3rd Friday of the month). Registrations need to be received by the Wednesday prior.
After filling out the appropriate form, you will be directed to PayPal if you wish to pay with a credit card. If you are a Beth Jacob member, you can choose to charge your credit card on file.

Use this form to sign up for Rockin' Shabbat, on the first Friday of each month.
Cost for dinner: Adults - $25, Ages 8-12, $18, Ages 3-7, $10. No charge for children 2 and under.
YOUNG FAMILY SHABBAT SIGN UP FORM
Use this form to sign up for Young Family Shabbat, on the 3rd Friday of each month.
Cost for dinner: Adults and children 11 and up - $16, Children 4 - 10 - $12. No charge for children 3 and under.
